All applicants are required to get a BCI or FBI background check at their own expense upon hiring. Background checks are required and reimbursed to employees in good standing after 60 days of active employment.

You are also required to have email access, current First Aide/CPR certificate, a phone with voicemail, reliable car, and must maintain current vehicle insurance while employed.

Positions Available

Position: Home Health Aide

Description: Provides personal care to patients. Records patient information in accordance with company standards, policy, and procedures. Provides emotional support to patient and family as needed. Duties may include but are not limited to: light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with activities of daily living. Our mission is to impart compassionate home health care as if each client is a greatly-loved, personal family member.


  • STNA, CNA, Medical Assistant, or be a Home Health Aide with at least 2 years of experience in the home health care environment through an agency.
  • You must have a dependable car.
  • Maintain current vehicle insurance.
  • Access to email.
  • Phone with voicemail.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certificate (we offer low-cost training prior to orientation).
  • A Background Check is required prior to orientation.

A cell phone is highly desired as you will be working in field.

Position: Nurse - RN / LPN

Description: Works under the direction and supervision of a Team Leader and is responsible for direct nursing care to the patient consistent with the LPN level of technical skill and knowledge. Abides by the philosophy, policies and procedures of the agency in accordance with the State’s Nurse Practice Act.

Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with preferably two (2) years clinical experience; one year (1) in acute care setting. Current license as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in Ohio. Verification of successful completion of a medication course. You must have a dependable vehicle, current vehicle insurance, and access to email. A cell phone is highly desired. Background checks are required and reimbursed after 60 days of employment.
